Carl Wallace
Managing Director
Carl Wallace is the founder of Corpexpert and specializes in technology commercialization, strategy, product development and the management of unique technologies with applications for the Department of Defense and commercial industries. His leadership has brought to market CRADA and SBIR backed technologies with benefits to soldiers, first responders and civilians.
He was also the founder and creator of C Score, a Fintech web application that evaluates and scores early stage companies utilizing TRL (Technical Readiness Level) as its primary algorithm component. C Score is being used by firms to automate and create greater efficiencies in the processing of innovation and early stage applicants. In addition to multiple executive positions at technology firms, he was also Chief Credit Officer for Millennium Bank of Reston, Va. and Chief Credit/Risk Officer of SONA Bank. He has completed multiple credit and financial system implementations for banks and commercial firms including Patriot National Bank, Ingram Micro and Millennium Bank. Part of Corpexpert services include the successful debt placements for several technology companies in the Washington DC region.
He is a graduate of National Louis University, with a BA degree in Management and a graduate of the University of Maryland with an MPS in Technology Entrepreneurship from the school of engineering. Mr. Wallace also served in the United State Marine Corps as a reservist.
